Underwater Labs and "Cobalt"
Underwater Labs was concepted as a sci-fi, pod-based research facility for an in-universe company called Cobalt: bulkhead corridors, reinforced glass, and a submarine bay, all styled with a clinical, high-tech-gone-corroded look.
